Debtors Payments - Open Item - Find

You use the Find button on the Debtors Payments - Open Item screen to locate a specific transaction (e.g. an invoice or payment) in your debtor's file.

1. Display the Debtors Payments - Open Item screen.

Refer to "Debtor Payments - Open Item Debtors".

2. Select the Find button.

Micronet displays the Find an Invoice screen.

3. Enter either:

• the date of the transaction you want to find in MMDDYY format then select the Date button
• the transaction reference number (e.g. invoice number) then select the Reference button.

Micronet redisplays the Debtors Payments - Open Item screen with the first transaction matching your entry highlighted.
